Maybe I used the wrong term, but definitely the Teenager who got shot 9 times and get tazzed after..

I thought the whole thing could have been prevented if they just tazer him.. I dont see any Cops life in danger..

Weren't they taught to keep trying to negotiate/calm the suspect? Dont they use a bunch of tactics to trick suspects when investigating a person?

I must say there is far too little context. Apparently the person they were aiming at was holding a knife ("drop the knife!").

I understand that.. but why didnt they just tazer him first before shooting? and Do you think that the cops were in danger in the video? Nobody was from the video evidence!

That's my point; I don't know! Maybe they were holding somebody hostage, there was no way to tell.

witnesses was interviewed.. 1 witness said everyone just ran for their life. Suspect never tried to swing his 3inches knife at any of em.

Probably shouldn't have been shot, but probably shouldn't have gone fucknuts on a public bus and whipped out a knife.
