...when the driver refused to roll down the window the cop should have called for back-up . Oh well , that was probably the highlight of their pathetic lives , hassling a traffic cop .

the cop acted very well, aside from opening the door. the main person in the car sounded like an idiot.

Well, when you have little snot-bags treating their community servants like garbage it just gives me a reason to look the other way.

Did that kid honestly think that his half-assed giggle filled attempt at outsmarting a police officer would be successful? Shouldn't you know something about the law before you try to become some youtube star?

Also, anyone who knows anything about law knows that the place to make your argument is in court, not on the street.

The issue is people dont understand how to look up and interpret penal codes.
