Support in principle, not live in.

Man can not serve 2 masters, for he will grow to praise the one and despise the other, the result either love for god and hatred for the people, or the warping of the religioon itself so that it can serve the people though still existing as an insult to god, and faling to follow through with the origional principals of the religion.

Islamist Democracy...because then you could actually vote out the bad parts of Sharia...

heres another approach, if you take away the sacrafice that one who chooses to be religious makes by forcing every one to make the same sacrafices, what value do your actions for god, which are now forced, really hold?

as well theres the, what god requests of those who choose to accept him, is not allways what is best for all of society.

if the style of democracy would follow the american model than certainly the secular authoritarian dictatorship
since the supreme court in upholding sharia law would stifle any real democracy
from there you can continue the thought experiment by yourself

A secular dictatorship, even if run by the brightest Jews and Whites (Soviet Union, lol) would only last about 70 years or so, I would put my money on the Islamic society, with a firm basis in patriarchy lasting a lot longer. Society and Religion go hand in hand, secular societies, even with a strong-ideological component cannot last long.

Not feeling good about the Democracy part, it could really destroy everything.

Dictatorship is the natural state of humanity. We all have a deep rooted psychological need to be told what to think and feel, and for the social cohesion that only fascismo can bring.

Yea, not being able to speak your mind is better. Not being able to spend money how you want to is obviously superior to being in a society with big bad scary Muslims.
