tl;dr

This guy plead no contest to a rape charge (advice of the attorney) and spent 5 years in prison. He was exonerated today because he was innocent the whole time. The chick made it up.

Same old story... happens all the time.

theres virtually no evidence and its always a 'he-said-she-said' scenario

so for every convicted actual rape, theres 10 unprosecuted rapes and half an innocent man in jail

Get's my blood boiling. Shame on her, and people associated with her for not coming out earlier.
And as wrong as her deed was, she in the end, is the biggest loser. I hope she has the ability to cope with this amount of guilt. Wouldn't be suprised if this is going to haunt her for the rest of her life.

Somehow I think the victim and the school district were hurt a lot more than she was.

I hope they take everything that belongs to her and her parents to try and recoupe that 1.5 million dollars the school board lost

I would rather let 100 guilty criminals go free than let one innocent man be put in jail.
