There are a number of ways to answer this question.
1) Young Earth
2) The bible (and pretty much all ancient manuscripts), refer to dinosaur like creatures, aka, dragons (Behemoth, Leviathan in the bible). They frequently refer to them from a firsthand perspective. How did all of these cultures simultaneously create the same "fiction"? It wasn't until the 1800s that dinosaurs were "rediscovered", and given the modern name "dinosaur".
One thing to keep in mind is that all dating techniques assume many conditions, including the starting state of the matter being tested, and constants throughout time since that can be measurable. An analogy could be like saying: "John swam 7 laps in the pool, therefore it took him 3:30 because the average time it takes to swim a lap in this pool is 30 seconds". Unfortunately, that assumes many things, namely, the start condition, and how long each lap took, which pool he swam in, etc. If he completed 3 laps the day prior, then finished the last 4 laps a week later, or even did so in different pool(s), you have a huge discrepancy, and the end result is inaccurate. Likewise, someone can't look at you and tell you exactly how old you are, nor can this be measured in any reliable or accurate manner. We only know how old you are because we know when your actual birth date was, assuming it was recorded properly. Some argue that it "gets us in the ballpark", but again, there are many cases where this is not the case. And this doesn't even begin to delve into the method of how these numbers are reached. In order to receive dates from a sample, one of the required pieces of information is the "estimated age of the sample piece". That is to say, they set the baseline to a preconceived estimate before any measurements are actually taken. They then thrown out any high or low anomalous readings that do not correspond to said "estimate". This is circular logic to the extreme.
lol @ your time frame.
