So if 10 people in America get it and 10 people die but if 30 people in France get it and 10 people die, you're saying that America has a better medical system because there are more people in America?

Using "Dem" states as an argument is disingenuous AF, considering SEA, SFO, LAX, JFK and EWR are MAJOR ports of entry for international travel. Whether the states in which they reside vote blue or red has zero to do with that.

Well, you have to admit, that 90% of the major port states are seriously Democratic.

Don't worry, if you have a sub-layer of 60 millions people who will precipitate and maintain the pandemic in your country to over9000 levels, others countries will close your borders for free.

Thus what could happen is gov starting to engage in paying the full bill, applying some old war law that: docs & hospitals MUST accept people for cough without doing a profit over it.
