you dont even understand my point... not that it surprises me.

and again, if you want to accuse me of a double standard, feel free to point out an instance where I demanded obedience of the law at the expense their own children from anyone.

*sigh*

Ok, let me try something else:

There is a difference between the stance that "the rule of law is very important" and "the rule of law is absolute, we shall not make any exceptions, we shall not allow any violation of any law, no matter how inadequate and injust said law may be."

I'm a proponent of the former. You falsely accuse me of supporting the latter, and then try to deduce an inconsistency or hypocrisy in my attitude from this wrong assumption of yours.

wait, THAT is your understanding of the term 'legal positivism'? no wonder you mistook my mocking of your non-sensical post as confusion - you don't have the slightest idea what it actually means.
now that is genuinely hilarious, ahahaha... not even trying to tease you here, but i urge you to read up on it and maybe you'll see the funny side of it as well. i think i might even have an idea where your confusion stems from, but anyway, maybe you'll learn from this to not use terms that you don't really understand. sorry, but this is just too funny...
