I dont think you would be able to communicate "I want to have sex with you" to an American woman in a way such that she understands what you're up to.

You would probably shove a sign in her face which contains some references to courtesans in medieval europe, and some picture of Rati (Sanskrit: रति, Rati), the Hindu goddess of love, carnal desire, lust, passion and sexual pleasure.
