it's cool, I respect that, I am sorry myself, good luck with your wife lol

/e Also, not trying to argue since you seem to be a cool guy afterall but in my opinion the term ''logic'' is relative, what would be your definition of logic? Because what you think is logic might not be logic to me

The definition from studying philosophy tbh.

But another thing I've learned from philosophy is linguistics and that language changes and definitions change so what I think logic means might not be the same as you. I realized I was being a dick when I posted my previous post and shouldn't have. I wasn't only mean but hypocritical.

But when I think logic I think mathematics, Venn diagrams, and computer science.

There is only mathematical logic, everything else is bs

If it can't be converted into math driven by equivalencies, implications, well established laws from set theories, probability etc, then it aint logic

Because it was a clump of cells rapidly folding in on itself over and over and over.  You should really take a biology class and study meiosis :p

Again, if you weren't post science you wouldn't be in a state of perpetual surprise when it comes to things scientific.

You tell him to take a science class yet you incorrectly call a 6 week fetus as a "clump of cells." At 6 weeks, it already has human characteristics (i.e. eyes, hands, heart, etc.) Obviously, those organs aren't fully developed, but they are certainly distinguishable.

Yet, we protect people who are in a vegetative state...if I go into a hospital and kill a vegetable, you can bet your ass that I'll be charged with murder.

that... argument doesn't quite fit here... in this case you're killing something living off of something else.... if I'm an electrical engineer and I cut the power to a hospital to do some re-wiring, and their generator doesn't work and three people in a vegetative state die..... am I a murderer? Whereas if I intentionally harm a pregnant woman, yes odds are I will get two counts of murder. Vegetative state vs fetus is NOT a valid comparison....

He made the decision when he decided to raw dog and bail broski.  Say what you will but pulling out has been 100% effective for me for over a decade.  I can count the times I didn't, and they're running around my living room bugging me for cereal and stuff this morning.

Whether or not the man gets fucked over is contingent on the man's feelings on wanting children or not.  I guess if having a kid = getting fucked over then the meaning of life is apparently to get fucked over.

You have a personal responsibility to watch where you put your dick and whether or not you want to leave it in there or wear a condom.  That is an active decision.  Don't act as if it isn't.

Do they not teach sexual education in Australia?  Procreation would have to be a complete mystery to somebody to believe that men have no free will into the matter.

Yet women don't have to have any personal responsibility at all eh, they can just kill the baby when they get pregnant after having unsafe sex? Even if the man wants to have it?
Quite a double standard you're pulling there.

You would be a murderer in both cases, negligent homicide.

I highly doubt the electrical engineer would be convicted...... if he was doing his job technically it was the generators that failed, not his fault...... it's the hospitals fault, or the company that made the generators, or the engineer that set up the generators.... you would not get a conviction on that engineer.
