Interesting comments gents, what does the word "government" really mean ?
Todays definition:
The governing body of a nation, state, or community.
The system by which a nation, state, or community is governed.
The etymology of government means to control/guide the mind. From Latinised Greek gubernatio "management, government", from Ancient Greek κυβερνισμός, κυβέρνησις (kybernismos, kybernesis) "steering, pilotage, guiding", from κυβερνάω (kybernao) "to steer, to drive, to guide, to act as a pilot" plus Latin mente "mind".
Government to me means the institutions we have set up to protect the rights of the individuals from each other.
