While they can help in some ways in many cases, pretending SSRIs dont have serious adverse effects is equivalent to sticking your head in the sand.
Studies have indeed linked SSRIs to increased suicidal tendencies and hostility as well as a vast array of physical side effects and severe withdrawal symptoms.
No one is saying that. All drugs can have side effects in some people, and a person who has adverse side effects on one SSRI can have the opposite effect on another. That's why you should have a mental health professional watching your symptoms and side effects. The same goes for withdrawal. No serious psychiatrist is going to take you off cold turkey, that's just bad.

Yes, they're extremely dangerous and they need to stop drugging people, especially kids. It's an endless cycle of drugging people > mass shootings > gun control. Over, and over, and over, and over through the media until you have a bunch of idiots brainwashed enough to believe zomg 30 round magazines must be banned!! Think of the children! It really is quite sad to watch what should be an intelligent species be so easily abused and exploited intellectually

I know you really fancy yourself an intellectual and all but you really have absolutely nothing in the way of any real knowledge about how science and nutrition actually works in the real world. It almost hurts my brain to read your posts and I really hope you haven't dragged anyone else down your long road of crazy.

An unfortunate situation indeed. Liberals always want equality unless it includes themselves.
Oh give me a fucking break. Gotta derail a thread about psychiatric drugs with really stupid liberal vs. conservative bullshit. It's always funny that conservatives cry about being stereotyped and then flip right back with the stereotyping.
