High schools (might even be in middle schools, too) provide free condoms in Ontario. Students - regardless of age - are welcome to collect a handful from the office and/or guidance office. There are students that are going find a way to have intercourse, regardless of sex education and parents, then providing them with protection/birth control is reasonable. How preventing teenagers from having condoms a good idea? They simply have intercourse without them.
Anyway, I would support policy that restricted children from caffine. I was never big on coffee or soda when I was younger, but I certainly know some coffee addicts in their teens.
Ah yes, if they are going to do something, do it safely, right?
By that logic, we should give kids the proper tools for doing drugs.
