It's not unnecessary in the least bit.

You brought up the notion that men will be able to take snap shots of little girls going to the bathroom in these non-gendered bathrooms, and I brought up the point that non-gendered bathrooms have a design where this wouldn't be possible, effectively refuting that point. Don't dodge.

Non-gendered bathrooms scarcely exist. I've yet to see one at McDonald's.

I have been in two unisex bathrooms (one fairly recently), and they did not have floor to ceiling stalls. Are you basing your argument on something that doesn't exist, or on current unisex bathrooms?

All of the contra folk are failing to mention WHY it is so hurtfull for a child to see a man in a women's bathroom. Seriously, explain it.

...the potential that the child may be exposed to sights they are not ready for developmentally .
