There's two bars in town that are in a sort of cabal with the local police (shit, our police deputy owns a fifty percent partnership with one of the bigger bars in town) and they allow 18 year old whatevers to drink in the bar as long as they can provide their recruiter's phone number. It's not always as restrictive as you'd think. Shit, I'd buy beer for an 18 year old marine if he asked me to.

Americans aren't responsible enough to drink under 21. Maybe one day they will be as responsible as their superiors to the north.

Fun fact: what i was doing wasn't a strawman. I wasn't making an argument for you. I was kindly providing the correct logical framework for one (not necessarily you) to reply to my utilitarian argument because everyone else was making purely emotional arguments, including yourself.

It's not my fault very few people here can construct a rational argument based on evidence and logic...or even understand basic logic terms, which you've failed to do time and time again.

Lets not forget, constructive criticism is not Ad hominem as well. Sure it can be construed as derisive speech, but it's tiring constantly holding invalid's hands through a debate and watching them fail time and time again to construct cogent arguments.

Maybe you should pick up a logic textbook before you start tossing around terms you clearly don't understand.
