Here is the estimated population of Muslims by state, keep in mind they are out-birthing the native European populations which is a global trend because white birth populations even where they are subsidized heavily (Russia) have been on decline for a variety of reasons.
the fertility rates of the biggest Muslim ethnicities in Russia (Tatars and the Bashkirs) differ little from the birth rates of the Russians. not to mention the fact that most of the Muslims in Russia are quite secular
even the Caucasian Muslims have had their birthrates drop in the past two decades and currently the only Muslim republic with a birth rate higher than the replacement level is Chechnya, but with a population of 1,2 million i doubt that they'll be able to overrun anything at all
as per the immigrants - most of them aren't Muslim, and unlike in the U.S. - being born in Russia doesn't mean that one automatically has Russian citizenship
according to Roman Silantyev like 25% of the Tatars and 10% of the Kazakhs living in Russia are Christians anyways
if the growth rates don't change drastically - by 2050 the Tatars, Bashkirs and the Caucasians combined would account for about 15 million people total - far from any sort of a majority
replacing native population? for the most part they are the native population in their respective republics. that map's really not suitable for portraying any sort of information about the populace of Russia
