He made the decision when he decided to raw dog and bail broski. Say what you will but pulling out has been 100% effective for me for over a decade. I can count the times I didn't, and they're running around my living room bugging me for cereal and stuff this morning.

Whether or not the man gets fucked over is contingent on the man's feelings on wanting children or not. I guess if having a kid = getting fucked over then the meaning of life is apparently to get fucked over.

You have a personal responsibility to watch where you put your dick and whether or not you want to leave it in there or wear a condom. That is an active decision. Don't act as if it isn't.

Yes, they carry similar responsibilities, e.g., caring for the child, supporting the child financially, often by legal force, etc., Men not only do not get to make a conscious decision about whether their child lives or dies after insemination but they also get punished in most legal scenarios.

Also, men do not have as many contraception options as women, there is no male pill yet, vasectomy is hard to reverse and condoms can be unreliable, even nullified (without punishment) by women seeking an 'accidental' pregnancy without both parties giving consent.

I see what this man did as no worse than an abortion, though I am against abortion in its entirety, I believe that this should be treated the same way as an abortion is treated legally in reversed circumstances. If this cannot be upheld with full consideration of the reverse than abortion should also be banned.
