Hey guys, so I had this weird thought after reading a similar thread about how you get closer to God.

So let's asume that God lives on top of a big mountain. Now you want to get to God, so you must climb the mountain.

So along comes Jesus and says: I am the path to God! take this ATV and go!

Now some guys say they dont have gas, so along comes Moses and says: I am the path to God! take this horse and go!

Now if you can't ride a horse ... mmm ... well you can find plenty of ways ...

So here's my way: no Jesus, no Moses, no nothing ... finally I got bored and thirsty so went along to find something to drink, so I ran across this fresh water dolphin who said: take me to the river where I can live, and I'll give you a ride upstream! which was done.

(Now that dolphin wasn't Jesus or Moses or the like, can't tell you his name cause he is an endangered species)

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Jesus didn't lie.

Then why is everyone whom heard Jesus say "I tell you the truth, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom" (Matthew 16:28) dead? Clearly, the Son of Man has not yet returned "in his kingdom", and those people all died ~2000 years ago. Sounds like either Jesus lied or was just plain wrong. And you know what the Bible has to say about prophets whose prophecies do not come true...

Jesus said unto her, I am the Resurrection, and the Life: he that believeth in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he Live.

Jesus was actually a preacher of the eternal recurrence, they distorted this to make it fit in the torah's prophecy, this is a fact

Jesus preached this

If jesus existed, he was a liar.

"And whatever you ask in my name, I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything of me in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14)

I asked for a pizza and bottle of bourbon in jesus name and I didn't get it.

Sincerity is the key, and its not talking about magical things.

Its talking about regular everyday life stuff. Like you're not going to suddenly get a physical object.

And it can't be like greedy personal desires of the flesh.
