To give you quick background info, Marcuz (previously known as lilmanguy24) has been posting bible passage threads in Political and Religious subforum for the last three months, which by the subforum rules at the time were considered spam. Many people in the Political and Religious Discussion weren't happy by the blatant hypocrisy of a mediator spamming, and RewTheBrave changed the rules to say 'Bible passage threads for sake of spam' so that Marcuz would be ok to post his 70+ spam threads of bible passage threads. If you doubt this number, please just look at all the 'Word of the day' threads that RewTheBrave moved to the new Christian Fellowship subforum. Also, here is where RewTheBrave stated that bible passage threads were spam.

Since the new subforum has been created, there has been obvious discrimination against atheists or non-believers who have posted in the Christian subforum. My good friend Azrad is a respectful user of JSP and a member of my guild, who had posted in the Christian subforum in the thread here. For his post, which broke no JSP or subforum rules, he got a three day suspension and 10% warn simply because he was an known atheist and happened to post right before Marcuz did. The thread was about Christian music, and all the other users posted youtube videos of Christian pop and Azrad posted a video of Samhain 'Archangel' which depicted scenes from the 'Passion of the Christ' movie. There was no porn or offensive material in the video, feel free to view it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5RHf8xMRlKE. He didn't even address other users at all so it could not be flaming or harassment... and if he was warned and suspended for posting a youtube video because of 'spam', well, there were 5 other users who also posted youtube vids- including the mediator Marcuz.

Many posts that don't conform to Christian ideals have been deleted in the Christian Fellowship subforum, and all the users have been warned with a suspension, with no verbal. None of the posts that were deleted for 'inappropriate post content' broke JSP rules in any way. No porn, no offensive material (unless you consider posting opinions on your beliefs offensive material), and no harassment of other users. Here is another thread where two more posts were deleted and the users suspended and warned.

In any place besides a website, this would be considered discrimination against a person's religious beliefs. Of course as this is only a website, so there is nothing to be done legally about it, but don't you think it reflects badly that such behavior is allowed to continue? Why allow a Christian subforum but not an Islamic subforum? Why is Political and Religious Discussion not adequate for the purpose of Christian discussion?

Please remove Azrad's warn and suspension that was not warranted in any way, and please stop this abuse of JSP forums for the purpose of an over-zealous religious mediator!!
I have nothing against Christians whatsoever, but this is a Gaming and Trading Community, not a place to impose religious beliefs on others!

Fighting a uphill battle here. nJaguar is religious, and well. He's got religious Mods as well. So go figure, of course they are going to be biased. It's his website after all, and so he can get away with what he wants.

Like for example my case:

Basically what he is saying, is. Hey. Everyone go spend a lot of FG on a guild chat so I can make some cash, rather than let people enjoy the system that was already in place for the inconvenience I am now doing you.

And I am more than willing to bet my 843.55 FG, that this thread will be locked, and possibly hidden. And myself, and the Topic maker will have a suspension and 10% in a little while.

Lets keep complaining about it so they potentially get rid of the forum and they all post here again.

Or you could just, you know, not post in that forum.

Or they could not spam this forum in the first place, perhaps?

Mezandria is right. Marcuz gets away with spamming. Theres probably nothing that is going to change that. It's clear what side njaguar is on, as well as the other moderators. The existence of the new forum means they can get away with their spam somewhere else, and all those who regularly browse PaRD can just ignore it. It really isn't that hard.

On the other hand, azrad was definitely trolling. Does it deserve a punishment? Probably not as it happens everywhere, as the rules aren't really enforced in this subforum.

I'm with Sioux on this one. At least that shit isn't in OUR forum anymore.

EDIT: Also, Azrad's warn is the result of intentional harsh punishment. They don't want that forum to turn into a spam/flame fest.

Sounds legit when you put it that way.

They crucified him to pay for all of PaRD's sins.

Also, hello Mez :).

I find the actions taken by Rew and Marcuz to be a sign of weakness. The only way for them to feel content and secure in their beliefs is apparently to all retreat to an enclave closed to nonbelievers. At least people like Widow and Bogie still stood secure in their beliefs after ParD took a crap on them, which is in fact a sign of mental strength. The only emotion I feel towards those Christians now retreated to their hidey-holes is pity.

It's a sign of weakness on Rew's end because he's too afraid to disagree with another moderator. Or maybe he just doesn't want to be inconsistent about the rules.

Marcuz is a dumbass. Have you read any posts of his which weren't copied and pasted? He can barely write a coherent sentence. I honestly don't know why he's a moderator.
