Me and a buddy are starting a new YouTube Series for the game League of Legends.

We are in search of a thumbnail for the videos. (Example from Notherlion's Binding of Isaac thumbnail http://www.youtube.com/user/Northernlion/videos )



Series: Random RedJack Ranked or Rx3 for short.

We want the name of the series in the thumbnail along with a league of legends type design. It can be simple or complex, whatever you have in mind.



This is how I want it to be done:

I want the name Rx3 on the top of the thumbnail.
Under that I want the League of Legends Logo, and under that I want the word moments.
Under that or beside that I want a little blank square so I can put the thumbnail of the League of Legends champion the video is based off of. Like this :

Here is something I drew up to help you out with what I am trying to say: ( I know my paint drawing skills are sick no need to compliment though )

This would require me to edit the thumbnail every time I made a new video so it could coincide with the champion in that video. I can make these on my own.

Also when you make this I will need to know the text you use for the video number in the thumbnail, because obviously I will be changing the number each episode
