I need a signature/avatar and profile background image

*Signature size *400x150, Avatar size *64x64
*70kb limit
*I prefer color silver or gold in text 'Welterweight' in lower right corner of signature.
*GIF: I want the lighted parts (eyes, chest, palm) to radiate. Not fade in/fade out. (If possible with 70kb limit)
*Extra request: Avatar to be scaled to lighted torso to head dimensions. Can cut about the lower 1/5th of the photo.

Is this what you wanted? I'll do it to the whole thing and make it into a signature if it is.

It looks a bit fuzzy with the animations give it a try with the eyes/palm. If it isn't any better with picture clarity, we may have to scrap the whole .gif animation...sadly.
