okay here is my iso.

1.(PRE-VOIDE KASSADIN) I want the tentacles from the void to be glowing if that makes any sense. Like they shine, then go out, then shine again. Also want my jsp name + guild to glow along in the text.
2.(POST VOID KASSADIN) I want his blade and eyes to glow like from the first picture.
3.(HARBINGER/CORRUPT KASSADIN) I want his blade, eyes, and the red circle gadgets on his body to glow.

I would like the sigs to be rotating each other if thats possible (within sig rules) and have 3 complementary ava's of each of Kassadin's faces. I want the background to be there but maybe "enhanced" or do whatever creative thing you do to it. That is all and good luck to who can do this!

There's another. It is uber simple to make an avatar, so just let me know if you are going to buy the sigs and I can make the avatars in like 10 seconds.
