That's stealing other peoples artwork. Contact the original artist and ask them to do it for you.

It's out in the public for public use and I want it turned in to a signature / avatar and 99% of the sigs out there are ripped off some original form of artwork does everyone with an ironman signature or some thing similair go and ask who ever made ironman if they can use it?

profiting from someone elses artwork is against the law, but i dont see him selling it for money?
