I am looking for a new sig, better than the current one made by myself.

Specs
Image: Sexy image of Nicki Minaj. I have looked around and haven't found a huge selection of images, but there are some good ones. Here are samples:

Color: Whatever matches the image used. Preferably pink or purple
Text: EKLIPz in a "graffiti"ish font. If you can find room or a clever way to squeeze in "Nicki Minaj" go for it.
Size: I do know Photoshop pretty well and if you can create the sig at a larger ratio. This way I can size it per forum I use. If your comfortable with sharing the .psd I'd appreciate it.
Price: I will pay 400-700fg depending on quality and the "level of work".

I will pick the best sig in 2 weeks. Please let me know if you need any more information.
