Iso a Sig of Yammamoto Takeshi from the anime Hitman Reborn.

Looking to spend 150~350 ish on this.

Would like it to be Grunge/Chaotic or maybe Smudge.

Preferably with a blueish background since he is the Guardian of the Rain.

Needs my User name/Guild somewhere on it, no real preference to the placement/font though.

Don't really have a preference towards what type of border, so pick whatever you think is best.
