A picture where it is like a nice background (changing colors etc)

Should say "Oliwer is #1" in a nice font etc all over, like repeating xxxx times

Paying FG, size should be about 1000x800

changing background color in animation is possible but it takes just too much data space
especialy if you want it for jsp.
if you want it as pc background.. ^^ gif doesnt work as bg

No it doesn't, and the file size limit is 500KB.
