Hey guys im Ray and looking for a Graphic Designer! i have a few requirements from the start, then ill review the applicants after i recieve a few as im sure i will get atleast a few applicants, I'm not going to Advertise what ill pay because that can vary, and jsp is a big market! economics change often.. read below if your interested!

Second, You must be able to do Dynamics! or have a strong willingness to learn!
Then, I would prefer you to be an established Jsp'r - i will consider a new guy, if your good and you enjoy Jsp!
Last, you need to be atleast a Daily jsp'r ( I understand, Work, Wacation, and Women!) the 3 W's that take us away from time to time! If you come on 1 time a week or less dont even apply!
A LS'r would be a ++ in my eyes! (but not required)

Guild TT has every possible guild upgrade that a guild can have! However its lacking the active users it used to have due to In Real Life Issues i had to be afk for a year! Im Back Now, so lets liven up TT
I love My Guild and Jsp and i Enjoy my time here very much, the perks for joining my Guild as a Graphic Designer are/but not limited to; Your Own Custom rank!, Possibility to move into an Admin position as i get to know you better! Forum Gold for doing my guild and guildy's gfx needs.. Etc
P.s. I am not looking to Hire the first Guy who auditions! However if the first guy to apply has what it takes, you may be
