The Artwork Competition


★★★ I am seeking over new Avatar and Signature based on Diablo 2 - Necromancer theme! ★★★

Closing day: March 13 2011



My requirements:

✙ I want Necromancer on the attached picture to be used in that Signature!

✙ Avatar will be his head cropped from that signature and pasted in square 64x64.

✙ I like signatures stylized in Diablo 2 world. Dark environment, but colorful magic - Toxic Green, Bone Spirit Blue, Fire, etc...

✙ That Necro will be only one human on that picture! Monsters like Diablo, Mephisto, Baal, Skeletons, etc. are welcomed.

✙ I imagine that Necro in front of destroyed Biblical city or somewhere in Hell... If you ever play Diablo 2, you must get it :)

✙ I want my name on that signature: "Raidden"! Distinctive and easy to read!

✙ Signature size MAX *400x150 (MAX 70 Kb), Avatar size MAX *64x64 (MAX 50 Kb) according to How To Check Avatar And Signature Dimensions article.







Competition rules:

✙ If you want to participate, send your artworks (both Avatar and Signature) in this topic. This is the only way how you can win! Images sent via PM will be rejected no matter how good they are.

✙ You can always PM me about additional info and your visions... It's always better to talk about it first before you waste time doing something I will not like.

✙ Winner will be announced on March 13 2011. It is possible that I will like some Signature so much, that I will close this earlier. Also it is possible, that I will not like any of them and I will close this thread without winner.

✙ Everything else according to d2jsp Forum Rules.


Please keep on mind, that if I pay 1000 fg for Signature, I expect the masterpiece!!!

Hm, I'm not sure if I should post first, since you're closing in over a month and you're probably going to wait for other entries,
but I guess I'll just post it anyways.

After spending quite some time, I designed this sig with the Diablo 2 Act 3 Ruins/Forest in mind,
since I think it matches the Necromancer's vibe really well. Let me know what you think:

To help everyone out, i did a render of the necromancer. It looks good on dark background.
