Hey guys I'm looking for a nice Tweety Sig With the name CeCa in some type of Graphic..
I can be sparkling//Shining// Be creative i love being unique and different. So try doing something most people DO NOT have...

Um if it helps my favorite colors ( For text: Orange//Pink//Purple ) If you got a better idea go for it.. I do not want to put any pictures in, I want the artist to give me his best work,
and choose the picture he can best work with.. It can be Baby Tweety or Adult Tweety whichever!! :) Need this done ASAP before I spend my fg!! lolol

this attempt leads atm, oinly problem is the font and shiny graphics in it :( where is it?

I'll prob have on by the weekend.. I wis I had photoshop, i woulda had this done already, no one can do this? its not hard at all -_-
