I was wondering how pvp is in PoE, I've watched a couple videos and the arena looks pretty fun as well as team vs team
I think I'm level 28 currently on my maurader but do people even pvp on standard let alone low level duel ( I think the caps are 28 and 40, but I can't remember ) and what is more active for pvp, normal or cruel?

Also looking for suggestions on either a lvl 28 or lvl 40 maurader build, which ever is more active or maybe I can just try both and stick with 28 for a bit.

Any help or info is greatly appreciated

heaps of level 28 players in both hc and sc
try post on the forums pvp section to add people for games
lots of people will be playing in the new leagues because of the crafting changes too

pvp is serious on this game
