1) nobody uses them, maybe a gcp if you're lucky, probably a few chaos

2) 81% fire dmg + 18% cast speed, pretty nice, 2-3 gcp

3) try to sell it in trade chat for a chaos or so to someone who doesn't realize why it sucks (atk speed)
