finishing up school for my 4 year in art and design.
started my art journey by discovering the wacom tablet and playing around with that. led me to dive into traditional art, so now Im a painting/ceramics major haha
what school did you attend for game design?
looks like you have good knowledge in composition and color theory for sure.
mind sharing some of your game design knowledge with us? pointers/techniques etc. did you mainly learn about concept art and developing ideas, or more so actually designing the game? :P
what tablet do you use?
nice! you're doing good then.
well the school is a rubbish school in the netherlands, lowest form of gamedesign education here so they don't have alot of money for good teachers (more people that didnt make it in the business). but enough trashtalk about that

composition comes mostly from signatures I reckon, when you have little to work with you try to make it the best hehe.
Mostly what they taught me is, learn what your costumer/ boss wants, you get briefed, ask questions and de-brief them to make sure you know precisely what they want so you don't end up doing any work for nothing, work really structural, make some examples etc. thumbnails try to look for the best idea since it's never the first idea that you have (and you might also end up changing stuff later on that is only a waste of time). know for example what a 3d artist needs to make his model, and try to define shapes etc. so they can be modelled easily and without questions asked. but yeah concept art is a bit more productive work then other art, and also in school we learned alot about making stuff for a target group (which I find pretty boring since there are loads of games, for kids, older people, educational and what not and you just have to be interested in it to find it fun).
use a wacom bamboo XD oldschool small one, aah can't wait till the day of an upgrade.
