how do I add that kind of effect to the edges of the sig?
kinda smoky or so

it's just a photoshop brush that was possibly smudged. you can adjust your smudge settings to scatter.

window > brush > scattering

is there anywhere here tut on that kind of sig build ?

Didn't you already get a tutorial on pop out sigs the other day, and then he just told you how to do it.

Yeah popout or borderless same thing and he told you how to do the edge already I don't know what more you could need really.
