I want an old hotel sig.

I want my name on a bilboard but it needs to be in neon lights.

I want a letter or two to be flickering, and one to be completely out, but still visible.

It MUST be at night.

Colors prefered: like green // neon orange // neon yellow // neon purple

i can do it without animation if u like.

animation lowers quality by 1000x fold

exaggerated truth

Animated sigs still look like junk if it has to be under 70kb

and thats not exaggerated.
