Man I love baking, need to invest in some better tips for icing though, mine are small and kinda suck. I love the effect of large tips with some heavy cream cheese frosting, integrity holds pretty well.

personally, a good meringue butter cream holds perfectly. I can like sculpt it.

My girl just got me a gift card to the local cake shop, and Imma get me some gum paste flower molds and a cake wheel.

I'm no where near that fancy, mostly just do miniature cup cakes in a muffin tin; actually had made anything in a while so I think I might head to the market for ingredients.
