hmm. the 8-packs shadows look wierd, they look like they were "pits" or whatever.. dunno if it supposed to be like that.

Better, you can put some extra folds in his shoulder neck cloth thing (scarf?).
Draw your lightsauce yo. Will be easier once you start shading( Strength, light direction).
Imo use higher specter of colours, stronger darker and lighter tones. Under his rib cage it should be much darker.
If light comes from left top, shades at his feet are wrong.

His skin is blue, but don't limit your palette to just blues.
Like I say in most threads, references will help you so much, espeicially as a beginner.
What has blue skin? Grab a few avatar references, they'l help. its the first thing that comes to mind.

Spot on, example:


You shouldn't render objects like they were completely flat (X -- light value - gradient - dark value -- X). You have to bring out the shapes using your palette and light source:
