Its very hard to get a good lvl 49 amulet, as alot of the desired mods you can already get at lvl 30, and 49 has never been as popular as LLD or HLD. What this means is that when amulets are found, quite often people don't know exactly what they have or its value. Alot of MLD players are therefore running around with LvL 30 amulets (yes, oh, The Horror!).

Faster Run Walk (FRW): While I have included FRW amulets, FRW is usually NOT a desired mod on an amulet. Most characters want to bug as much of their items as possible. i.e. you have heard of joderdins right? paladins that move so fast you can't see them? Well, believe it or not, all non-teleporting characters can do that to a degree, when built right. Barbarians, Necromancers, Amazons, you name it, they all want to str-bug to gain an edge in PvP.

Amazon - Very few, if any, good Amazon Amulets. Dont be surprised to see them wearing lvl 30 amulets. LvL 30 has a glut of amazing amazon amulets. LvL 49 does not. It's as simple as that.
Assassin - For Assassins 3 Trap / 100 life and 3 Shadow / 100 life are the basic amulet. Good rares with fcr are few and far apart.
Barbarian - For Barbarians its just about impossible to beat 3masteries / 100 life amulets. The bonuses to Damage, Critical Strike, Faster Run Walk, Defence and Resistances creates a real challenge for rares to feature.
Druid - For shapers is just about impossible to get an amulet that beats 3shape / 100 life. As druids are the weakest class @ 49, MLD amulets are few and far apart (you will note that I did not post any ele amulets).
Necro - Very few, if any, good Necro Amulets. Dont be surprised to see them wearing lvl 30 amulets.
Paladin - Very few, if any, good Paladin Amulets. Dont be surprised to see them wearing lvl 30 amulets.
Sorceress - There has never been a concerted effort to craft amulets for 49 sorc's, so rares dominate.

He doesnt know about all the 08 dupes on west because he is from euro.

Armageddon Fletch is in the same category of unspawnable items as Fiend Sunder.

It belongs in The Void.

Fletch belongs in the dupes list, that and the east dupes were merely posted for reference purposes. I didnt bother posting any of the west dupes.
The 3/100 amulets are likewise posted for comparison, highlighting that rares will almost never beat a 3/100. If you had read the sentances prior to the pictures you would understand, but I acknowledge that this was asking much from someone with your condition.
