After an eternity I've finally come across it:

This is as close as you can get to a top-tier 18 Fissure Druid Weapon. There have been some Magical clubs with 1 Ele/good suffix/2 sock and Magical Wirt's Leg but I haven't seen anything like this!
Now just to find some suitable jewels to go with it (ideally, 2x 4 Str/6 Dex/xx life/xx single resist)
All in all I'm thrilled with this Rate away!!!

ive found a rare club with +1 ele/1 str/crappy stats and 2 sockets

but just plain brown
and i deleted it with my level 18 didnt think it was worth much lol
