Perfect mana is very nice to have/ don't need a Bmana to lose an additional SC, str adds to Smite damage.

STR also lets you wear CoA w/o needing any STR gear at all, let's you wear high str enigmas like AP Enigma/ Wire Fleece without additional STR/ can use WW instead of Shanks.

Thanks man, when I first saw this ammy before I bought it my legs literally went weak/ numb, like I got this rush through my body. I've never gotten this before only when I get scared/ shocked in real life, never for a D2 item.

I think it's 90 for rings, 80 for rare amulets, and like 120 for crafted amulets.
