That's like saying every item in diablo 2 is somehow now more easy to obtain, which isn't really the case. Top 3 items still sell for a lot. Meaning that the top items are still the top items. Meaning it takes A LOT of time to put together a full character. And even if it was super easy to get top 3 items, as you imply everything is normalized then the scale of rating wouldn't lower top 3 items are still top 3. Not anyone can get a 100-196 / 101-195 / 102 - 194 / 103 - 193 / 104-192 / 105-191 / 106-190 / 107-189 / 108-188 / 109-187 / 110-186 +2 barb skills battle hammer.
