but stygian pilum itself is a nice find due the the best avg dmg apart from glavie, but glavie is too slow ;p

it needs 125 ias for max attack speed. means it needs atleast 30 base ias to be able to hit max ias

its a nice pair for sure but cant rate it higher than 6/10 sry
