Here you will find the top lvl 30 amulets - All realms. Some are totally insane, Some have alot of amulets close to them, and I was forced to cut out a bunch of similar amulets, some of them have a bit of room for improvement, but with no knowledge of better amulets out there, they get recognition here.



Bowa
Entrophy Mark(Bowa) - Alot of bowa amulets with life, repl and mana. not many that are 2psm (instead of +1 ama) and afaik none other spawned with the maximum repl. I think this is the best Bowa Amulet all realms. Phazz owns (EU).
I think Oli (thebadluitenant) has close to that with his Skull Talisman (East).

Sorc
Viper Beads (ESFB) - I took this screen from character TheBean, I think thats either Phazz or Chum's character. looks like no.1 to me.
Wraith Talisman (Light) - not sure who owns this. Light sorc's are not great at 30. hopefully someone has something to beat this.
Wraith Gorget (Cold)- This is not the best, I just posted for reference. I think Sa_Se has the best, and I have asked him for a screen shot.

Trapper
Bone Wing (Trapper)- Missing mana, but as with a necro, you will already have alot of mana from charms. The repl is pretty Op here (mine).
Eagle Collar (Trapper) - The only thing its missing is Repl, but nevertheless, its pretty amazing, there are alot of amulets like this, but this looks to be the best one - Skyballs (west?)
Stone Gorget (Kick/Stun) - Repl is king at 30 since the overall damage dealt is pretty low, resulting in longer duels. Electric Wizard owns this on east. pretty amazing.

Barb
Plague Talisman (Barb) - the PLR mod does it for this amulet, but the other stats are pretty low. hopefully someone has something better and will post it. (repl and Plr with high life ideally). Psn Res is not a wasted mod @ 30. Phazz (EU) owns this.

Paladin
Blood Clasp amulet (TvT Libby) - This was Bahamut^^ > Me > Phazz. He really wanted it, so I let it go. fantastic amulet. A similar amulet, in some ways better, is Electricwizards Skull Necklace amulet or Wills Libby (kaz) on east Entrophy Emblem (Libby or VT) - Pants posted this for will, used on char kaz. several amulets close to this.
Blood Eye Amulet (charge/Smite) - Mine. I cant remember who I got it off. I think Octogenarian had something similar.

Nec
Entrophy Collar (PNB) - Similar to a trapper amulet - all you need is +2 / 10 / Life and Repl. you can live without the mana. hopefully someone will post a better picture. its 2PNB, 10fcr, 53life, 9 Repl, All Res 14 (Fire Res 39). Wish the single Res was anything but Fire though.
Order Clasp (PNB) - All the mods (except Repl), PLR just nudges it ahead of alot of similar amulets. Another of Phazz's amulets. (hes itemlame). I think this is the best Nec PLR amulet all realms.

Hopefully we will get a few people posting amulets better then these, and at least we all know the bar for certain amulets. Some of these are extremely hard to beat (the Ama ones, the Fire one, the Libby one, Charger one), Some of these are quite common, and some are not fantastic and I bet a few people have better squirreled away somewhere, just waiting for their owners to post ... in this topic :--)

Some notable omissions ~ I was unable to see the pictures in several of the TR topic's, if anyone has better amulets, please post. I could not find anything amazing for druids either.

i can't see why you value 2 passive over 1 zon @ 30 tho.

imo, 1 zon >> 2 passive. mainly because +1 ga = .3+ mana reduction. the mana reduction alone is > 1-2% more passives and it also comes with a 5% dmg increase. also, a good bowa ammy should include all res as all res is hard to come by (usually have to sacrifice dmg, rw, or life for all res.. nn that). obviously 1 zon > 2 passive for plague/cs as well. (1 zon, 60 life, 90 mana, 10 rep, 15 all res, 9 dex or 75% plr best possible ammy imo).

for cold sorc ammys, all top ones must have life rep since blizz/orb vs stacked res can drag on for days depending on the l8z. don't really need fcr either.. bonus mod imo, but not ideal. best ammy would probably be something like 2 cold, 60 life, 90 mana, 10 life rep, 15 all res, 75% plr. the same can be said about fb minus the stacked res part.

I agree with yeawhatup on passive vs 1 all, not just because mine is 1 all I promise!

Also agree with all res, nn switching amulets for vs caster, prefer one setup that makes res = 75 all the time (ofc everyone else does multiple setups on zons at 30, mainly for zvz it seems)

Rather 5% damage + less mana cost + more multi arrows then 1-2% d/e/a/crit


I think the 10 rep pcomb ammy above is my favorite, be very nice for charge/zeal

had a 2/10/8rep/81mana that beats it (lvl 30) wouldnt consider it trophy though

I use stat rings so 5% ar ammy is my vs high def chars, adds about 200 ar ww, and 250 ar conc

other one is nearly perfect, 6 mods, just lacks 13 life, 33 mana, 7 all res
