i think it might be useful for fhr boost with 2x 7 fhr / 9 str / 9 dex / 9 all res jewels inside?

Definitely a nice shield Luke, but the only use I see for it is if someone needed it for the fhr bps, since a jmod with 4x 7/9/9/9 would be better, or even a 3os block mod shield with 3x 7/9/9/9. So the greatest benefit from yours is the extra FHR.

could have base life, base mana, base replish life and even high def (with eth rep, high ed mods ofc)
so its not even close to a nice shield.
same mods (with a bit lower allres) can spawn on a lvl 9 shield.
