In the tradition of europe server i have created a new league with stupid rules to make my crap items a trophy, my league only allows melee sorcs with cold skills and no 2 socketed items.
Thus i present to you the best item ever posted.

Plague loves this item, he would have posted it but he got 100%.
This item is a trophy because its best item possible for my league, thats how we roll in europe.

In my league this item is godly, since we dont allow teleport the frw is very useful, the coldskills and fools boost my defence and ar, what more could i want? 2 socketed items are not allowed in my league.
