pretty close to everything you can ask for on a hat, although I think 65 and 63 have same defense? idunno

its close. was his blue tho ? ha. i like the blue and ctc frost nova is actaully nb. i dont see fhr needed on a smiter or zealer which is all that would really use this.

it just looks nicer, like having a blue color
