Great for Art of War BvB imo, mana & str add is great, near perf ed is great.
but still needs more Def imo, like 2,3k+ are a must to make it perfect
in a Sacred Armor this would have been really, really awesome.
Also, 75% psn reduce, so I guess it's red when worn? if yes - Awesome
