They're better than sanders for some builds, which makes them valuable.

I mean unless my math is wrong it ends up adding like 20 life more than sanders at a cost of 1% frw

I'd use it on a 1v1 char anyway where cold resist becomes useless.

baba doesnt rely on stack from booties in general anyway. these are good 1v1 botos as you said

vnice ones imo.
