Or he made it with Hero Editor and forgot change durability bcoz making item with that program wond give right durability, only requirements. And ofc op can proof my argument wrong and show it in game. Adding /time wont proof anything bcoz it is easy to copy/paste it even with paint. Also note that it is possible to get varies lvl req amounts when rolling items with SP, simply there is way when using Perfect Drop Mode. Add item to cube with materials and roll, if it is not what you want roll item again. Also both item have different lvl req, or at least after 3th time you will get different LvL req. After you have rolled item what you allmoust want you can edit it after that a bit and putt PDM off, join open b.net with friend and make S/S from edited item. You can even change item LvL Req on SP items manually with editor... So
