It's quite pure garbage, not even to mention your fcr breakpoints are bullshit, since it's actually 65 fcr, and 89fhr isn't that usefull versus most chars.
Ho, and btw, next time, try to get some informations about ias on claw setups, and you might have a chance to build a descent char.
