Almost a waste of 24's in the Akaran Targe
its a bad base shield for block %
otherwise, really digging the amulet
and circlet is sexy as hell

well, targe is second best for lvl30 & the best for lvl29 (considering u care a bit about def. rondach is lvl30.. but i agree with u.. thats why i got this shield coming soon, mssing just one 24 to sock
