After experiencing a lot of Legit dueling in the last years both in HC East and HC Europe, I have come with this list in no particular order. These are the best of the best on Legit Low Level Dueling:

I won the 2nd edition level 18 tourney due to all of the dodges

That tournament got cancelled because braziliapower (from europe) killed some of the participants on 1v1 challenges outside the tournament.

Honestly, I would have dueled you but yah there was some highly suspect eurotrash on the dueling w/ RogerThat and myself, I had recorded my duel, showing me killed a minimum of a screen away and yeah RogerThat agreed, anyway long story short that ruined that tournament. shit happens..

I propose we host new editions (lvl 18s and lvl 31s). Ill host/organize, if you guys are up to the challenge.

I think the hardest part of dueling nowadays is actually buying the gear/charms to duel with lol, nobody sells them anymore. Market is almost dead for PvP items. Just equipping a very good well-equipped dueler is a victory in itself roflmao.
